The Only 24/7 Ultraclub in Florida

While there’s no shortage of things to do on St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Miami, wouldn’t it be nice to ditch the typical crowded street festival for an upscale nightlife experience? ROOFTOP at E11EVEN is throwing a party complete with Irish food and drink specials all night long.
History of St. Patrick’s Day
Celebrated annually on March 17, Saint Patrick’s Day is a cultural and religious observance of the patron saint of Ireland. The holiday not only commemorates Saint Patrick, but celebrates Irish culture as a whole along with the country’s introduction to Christianity, dating as far back as the fourth century.
Corned beef and cabbage, Irish soda bread and Guinness stout beer are some of the things you might see consumed on St. Patrick’s Day. Many of the traditional dishes aren’t native to Ireland at all, but rather an entrée or dessert born from necessity or lack of resources in the kitchen.
ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s St. Paddy’s Day Party
As some of the best St. Patrick’s Day weekend events in Miami, ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s holiday dinner is sure to please newcomers and regulars alike. The three-course dinner will be served by reservation only Friday and Saturday, March 17-18.
At $69 per person, guests can choose from soup or salad to start, followed by an entrée of either Oven Roasted Whiskey Salmon, Jameson Chicken Pot Pie, Beer Braised Corned Beef and Cabbage, or Prime Aged Steak and Guinness Pie.
For dessert, there’s a choice of Dublin Apple Pie, Bread Pudding or a Bailey’s Irish Cream Topped Brownie. Every meal will be served with a cocktail or glass of wine. We recommend a Jameson-inspired cocktail as it will provide a smooth transition to the $3 Jameson shot specials we'll be serving from 10 p.m. to midnight.
Not into traditional St. Patrick’s Day fare? You can still take part in the holiday festivities from the stunning views of ROOFTOP at E11EVEN to the thumping bass and LED walls in our main club downstairs. ROOFTOP at E11EVEN regulars know no matter the occasion, there’s a surprise around every corner with hookah and fire pits, guest DJs and bottle service upgrades. Don your favorite green attire and make a classy night of celebrating with us this St. Patrick’s Day weekend.

Join us for a sampling of some of the biggest electronic music sets you’ll hear all week along with our signature upscale Miami nightclub experience.
“House music all night long?” Yes! And what better way to kick off MMW than with This Ain’t Bristol—a recurring German event turned house music label that first featured Billy Kenny himself. Dance the night away beneath the stars, high above Downtown Miami.
For those who like their house music deep and soulful, ROOFTOP at E11EVEN welcomes some of the biggest names of the genre with Oliver Heldens’ own label party: Heldeep Records After Dark. Jax Jones will undoubtedly deliver his shuffle-worthy singles like “You Don’t Know Me” while Chocolate Puma delivers a healthy dose of Dutch-influenced four on the floor.
March 24: Surprise Guest
We can’t tell you what’s in store just yet, but a quick peek of our past events will give you a hint at the kind of parties we throw.
Norway is in the house on Saturday night as Matoma delivers a tropical house set befitting a week of partying in Miami.
Give MMW a proper send off with ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s official closing party featuring BBC Radio 1’s newest resident DJ, Eats Everything. With Nic Fanciulli, Lee Foss, and Nathan Barato behind the decks, it’s guaranteed to be a rocking house party.
ROOFTOP at E11EVEN and E11EVEN
Along with the great events at the open-air ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, our main ultraclub, E11EVEN, also has a complete line-up of MMW events.
For a full list of guest DJs playing Miami Music Week, visit our MMW events page. Whether you prefer E11EVEN’s thumping main club or the intensely intimate vibrations of ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, we’ll be featuring the world’s best musical talent all week long.

Heading to Miami for spring break this year? You’re in for an epic week with endless parties from Ultra to ROOFTOP at E11EVEN. As one of the best clubs in Miami, we have your guide to navigating the city’s nightlife scene.
Visitors Guide to Spring Break in Miami
Ultra Music Festival 2017 will be the center of all the action over spring break. With VIP passes still available, the three-day EDM music festival will feature some of the world’s best DJs at the beautiful Bayfront Park. For more information on headliners, one-off events nearby and tickets, visit the website.
Downtown Miami is just a hop away from South Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The former will undoubtedly be overrun with fellow spring breakers for those who prefer to be in good company. Don’t discredit the latter, which has been dubbed “Fort Liquordale” due to its proximity to the bars. Either way, you’re in for a good time whether you want to sunbathe topless or smuggle drinks in your cooler for an afternoon of sun and sand.
Shopaholics will have plenty of opportunities to have an emotional reprieve from the grueling semester with retail therapy. Lincoln Road features standard mall retailers like Victoria’s Secret and BCBG, while the South Beach area is rich with apparel by True Religion and Armani.
Hungry after all that partying? Downtown Miami has incredible brunch spots like All Day (1035 N. Miami Ave.) and NIU Kitchen (134 NE Second Ave.). For a greasy lunch – a must for the inevitable hangover – try Fooq’s (1035 N. Miami Ave.) or 180 Degrees (501 NE First Ave.) for a burger and some hair of the dog.
Planning your Spring Break 2017
If you’re heading out with a 21-plus crew, make sure ROOFTOP at E11EVEN is on the itinerary. Our award-winning rooftop lounge gives you the best of everything Miami has to offer from stunning city views to dinner and dancing, and the main room has events all month long in March.
Our advice for exploring Miami? See where the day takes you, but be sure to make a reservation to experience ROOFTOP at E11EVEN before your night out. Miami venues reach capacity often during spring break – don’t be left out of the fun!

Throwing an epic Miami party is no small undertaking. There should be dinner, drinks, dancing, and—of course—plenty of options for entertainment depending on where the day and night takes you.
For tips and tricks on planning your next birthday party in downtown Miami, trust ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s party professionals to be your guide.
How to Plan a Birthday Party in Miami
The right theme will determine the party's vibe from the decor to the location. You’re never too old to go all out with a 1920s Gatsby theme or color coordinated outfits. Dress to the nines in all black with the guest of honor in his or her favorite color. Don’t forget the tiara, ladies.
Make it an all-day affair by visiting some of Miami’s hottest attractions.
Miami by Day
Nothing sets the tone for a relaxing birthday like the combination of brunch and spa treatments. Sip champagne at one of the locals’ favorite brunch spots before getting your hair and nails done at Bellezza Spa.
Hit the Venetian Pool for a stunning view of Miami history. This quarry-turned-mock Italian villa is a vacation within a vacation—far more unique than the typical Miami pool party.
Visit South Beach for a quintessential Miami vibe. Though it tends to be crowded with tourists, embracing the madness is part of the experience. Let loose while rubbing shoulders with celebrities weaving in and out of boutiques and cafes along the strip.
For the Late Night Turn Up
Reserve a private party in one of the VIP booths at E11EVEN. Our 24-hour mega club is a one-stop shop for satiating meals, bottle service, and hours of dancing. Because birthday parties are marathon-style events, ROOFTOP at E11EVEN is the perfect venue to fuel up with appetizers or a full dinner while enjoying spectacular views of the downtown skyline.
Along with the delicious food at ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, you and your guests can also enjoy hookah, drinks and/or bottle service, and dancing to the great music from our resident DJs Wasabi and Zeus. Depending on the night – and you can check our event calendar here – you can enjoy DJ music, live salsa and much more. There really is no better place to party!
Take the guesswork out of partying safely by booking a hotel close to the after party. There are dozens of luxury hotels fit for a birthday soiree within walking distance from ROOFTOP at E11EVEN. Pre-game in the room, freshen up between stops, and unwind when the night is through with the breathtaking Miami skyline as your backdrop.
For more information on booking a table, bottle service, or VIP room at E11EVEN, call 305-570-4803. Partying is what E11EVEN does best. If we can throw a great party for Drake, and we have, we can throw a party for you and your squad!

There’s nothing like kicking back at ROOFTOP at E11EVEN with a delicious cocktail and hookah pipe. Hookah has become such a staple at our weekly parties that we now offer it every Wednesday through Saturday. Impress your friends next time you’re out with a cool hookah smoke trick.
Top Five Hookah Tricks
1. French Inhale: Take your sophistication to new heights with this highly impressive move. Begin by inhaling smoke for at least three seconds. Extend your bottom lip farther from the top and curl upward. As you exhale, imagine holding the smoke in your mouth while you inhale through your nose. Classy.
2. Smoke rings: Hookah smoke creates the right amount of density for this party trick, but it’s tough, so remember: “practice makes perfect.” Inhale as much smoke as you can and hold your breath. Purse your lips in an O shape (not too wide or it won’t work), exhale some smoke, then inhale so as not to release all of it—it should feel like a cough. Pro tip: curl your lips around your teeth and imagine the O to be more vertical than horizontal.
3. Shotgun: To shotgun hookah smoke is to share it with a partner—fairly easy and incredibly sexy! Take at least a four second drag from the pipe, hold your breath, and turn to face your partner. As you exhale the smoke, your partner should inhale—the trick is for you both to do your actions at the same speed.
4. Dragon smoking: Easier than the French inhale, the Dragon Force trick requires you to take a big hit and exhale smoke slowly from the sides of your mouth. As you prepare to release the smoke, hook your top lip over the bottom one so that there is an opening on either side of your mouth. Move your head to the music to create smoke trails as you go.
5. Smoke hearts: This show stopper requires advanced knowledge of hookah tricks and draws upon the basic elements of a smoke ring. After exhaling smoke from your O shaped lips, snap your fingers at the top of the ring to create an indentation in the smoke. Hearts require there be no wind whatsoever, so don’t attempt them on a breezy night!

ME Miami – Many of our after parties take place after sold-out shows at the AmericanAirlines Arena. Together, ME Miami and E11EVEN present the perfect opportunity to turn up and wind down. The hotel’s spacious rooms include a 48-inch LED TV, free Wi-Fi and a media hub so you don’t miss any action. And just like ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, ME offers a stunning view of downtown Miami right from the pool.
The Langford Hotel – Make a weekend out of it with VIP bottle service Friday night on the ROOFTOP at E11EVEN followed by a weekend stay at The Langford. This boutique-style hotel, originally the site of the 1925 Miami National Bank, has been fully renovated with an atmosphere reminiscent of the prohibition era. It’s charming and sophisticated—the perfect capstone to an equally classy night at E11EVEN.
Kimpton Epic Hotel – Kimpton hotels are known for impeccable service and its Miami location is no exception. Conde Nast Traveler named Epic 2016’s “#1 Top Hotel in Miami” and made Travel and Leisure’s “500 World’s Best Hotels” in 2015. After an epic night of partying at E11EVEN, relax by the hotel pool as you sip a Bloody Mary and take in the view—the skyline and the eye candy.
Hotel Beaux Arts Miami – Like The Langford, Hotel Beaux Arts is a boutique luxury hotel located a few blocks from E11EVEN. Consistently rated as one of the best hotels in Miami, Hotel Beaux Arts offers everything you’d expect from a hotel (pool, fitness center, spa, free breakfast) with a classic yet contemporary vibe. It’s intimate, high class, and the perfect transition from a sexy night out at our ROOFTOP.
W Miami – With a slogan like “Retox, detox, and repeat,” we couldn’t suggest a better hotel than the W Miami for a nonstop weekend of partying. Planning a bachelorette party on the ROOFTOP at E11EVEN wouldn’t be complete without a reservation for the Fantastic Suite. Pregame with cocktails at the Whisper Cocktail Lounge on the 50th floor before making your way to E11EVEN where the doors never close.
Make sure your next night out at E11EVEN includes a hotel for marathon-style partying and zero stress.

Locals also can’t get enough of our shrimp ceviche – a traditional tapas dish served with crunchy bread.
For guests who want to go light, there’s the Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic reduction. The Portofino salad puts a spin on the fan favorite by adding diced avocado, cucumber, red onion and olives with a tangy vinaigrette.
Hot Tapas for the Whole Crew
Chicken and waffles are a must-have for cravings as the plate comes with mini waffles topped with fried chicken and sweet and spicy syrup. For a daring taste of Thai, guests will fare well with the chicken wings that come dripping with a Bangkok sweet chili sauce.
Americano tapas stay front and center on the menu with a classic side of French fries and crispy chicken sliders. Craving a serving of greens? Brussels sprouts have never been more enticing then with a hint of citrus and crunchy bacon bites.

Games are broadcasted on a 16-foot LED screen with surround sound, so no matter the crowd or noise level, you won’t miss a play. The doors open at 7:00 pm on game days with no cover.
Miami Heat Predictions 2016-2017 Season
According to Anthony Chiang and Tom D’Angelo, the Miami Heat are expected to deliver a few surprises this year. The following predictions are part of a top ten list compiled by the sportswriters:
Goran Dragic will have his best season yet. The Heat’s point guard will make big offensive plays this season and average 22 points and seven assists.
Hassan Whiteside will be named an NBA All Star by averaging 22 points and 12 rebounds in the season’s first half.
Miami will make it to the playoffs. While D’Angelo doesn’t predict a championship (due to a future loss against the Cavaliers), true Heat fans know it ain’t over ‘til it’s over.
If the crew wants to keep the party going after the play clock expires, the main club at E11EVEN stays open 24/7 for dancing, drinks and breathtaking performances from aerialists to DJs. Miami's first 24/7 showclub turns it up to E11even at its alfresco rooftop lounge with a new look and eclectic programming.
At a showclub open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, where on any given night you could find Drake performing, Miley Cyrus partying, Skrillex spinning, or Jenny McCarthy perched beneath a high-flying burlesque act or surrounded by a gaggle of scantily clad waitresses, it’s understandable that you might need a break and a little fresh air.
The new Rooftop at E11EVEN—the club’s 7,200-square-foot restaurant and roof deck overlooking Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District, a short elevator ride away from the main event below—provides just that.
“E11EVEN demands to be expanded—people want it to be bigger,” says owner and CEO Dennis DeGori. “The Rooftop gives people that extra dimension and allows us to add new elements.”
Replacing the white-tablecloth restaurant that previously occupied the roof is a lounge with a band-shell stage presenting everything from top DJs to jazz bands. There’s a hardwood plank deck with sofa seating, fire-pit tables, and, most important, a new million-dollar state-of-the-art retractable roof, allowing every night to become a rooftop party night. And you just might find Derek Jeter, Jennifer Lopez, or the cast of Entourage up there as well.
“Now that we can control the weather, it opens the door to theme nights, private parties, and endless forms of entertainment,” says DeGori. “This is casual and fun. Even though it’s in a beautiful environment, there’s no formality.”
The tapas-style menu, prepared in an open kitchen, includes items like Thai chicken wings, Neapolitan meatballs, baked shrimp scampi, filet mignon medallions, and Chino Latino mofongo, as well as pizzas, pastas, salads, and desserts. At the bar, which now wraps through the indoor restaurant and out onto the deck, guests can sip lychee martinis, raspberry lemon drops, Bellinis, or an array of specialty cocktails.
The Rooftop (with a separate elevator entrance) can serve as both an escape from the action downstairs and a party in its own right. And with a 16-foot flashing LED screen one night and a Sunday gospel brunch the next day, it is exactly what E11EVEN needed.
“We’ve ingrained ourselves in the Miami culture,” DeGori says. “People tell us what they want, and this is what they want.” 29 NE 11th St., Miami, 305-829-2911

Locals can attest—E11EVEN is hands down the best nightclub in downtown Miami, but sometimes a chill night is just what the DJ ordered. For a relaxing atmosphere with the same luxurious amenities found downstairs, ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN is where it’s at. Those who stop by can sip cocktails as they take in the unparalleled views of downtown Miami and groove to soulful sounds.
Dining on the Roof
ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN isn’t the only rooftop restaurant in Miami, but it is the only one where guests can eat until 1am before heading into our downstairs club for 24/7 dancing and world-class entertainment.
Regulars love our Miami rooftop restaurant for its menu with favorites like the Caprese Salad, Spicy Tuna Tacos and Chicken and Waffles. Those craving a heavier meal will be pleased to find satiating yet light entrees like the Vodka Sauce Pizza or Quinoa Pasta.
If Yelp has anything to say about it, dessert is not to be missed! Enough to satisfy a sweet tooth, the Sweet Shotz are delicious, chef-created mini desserts. Follow your Oreo cookies and cream shot with one from the bar. ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN’s attentive bartenders will happily serve up one of their specialties—a Fire Bull to get the pre-party started or a French Martini for a timeless cocktail.
Reservations are recommended for dinner and can be made online or by phone at 305-358-9848.
Planning a Night Out
As the most popular rooftop lounge in Miami, guests are advised to arrive early—especially on weekends and when exclusive musical guests are scheduled to perform as they regularly do.
Rooftop Wednesdays feature hookah with bottle service available beginning at 7pm.
Rooftop Thursdays get poppin’ a little later in the evening at 10pm, although full hookah, bar and food service begins at 4pm.
Staying true to Miami’s free-spirited vibe, ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN caters to everyone whether they’re a curious walk-in or a bachelorette party of 20. For the fastest service upon arrival, it’s never a bad idea to reserve a table or get on the guest list as our 250-person lounge reaches capacity quickly.
Heading downstairs? From burlesque dancers to LED walls spanning hundreds of square feet, E11EVEN continues to offer Miami a world-class club experience and claim its title as one of the top clubs in the world. First time club-goers often feel they’ve stepped into another dimension where sultry dancers mesmerize the crowd and every patron is treated like a VIP.

You’ve danced to beats from the hottest DJs in the world. You’ve pre-gamed upstairs and shut the weekend down in our main room between walls of LEDs; but have you ever checked out ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s own resident DJs?
Week after week, they hold it down and tirelessly contribute to Miami’s buzzing hip-hop and electronic music scenes.
Meet DJ Wasabi
ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s resident, DJ Wasabi was born into a musical, Colombian family. Cumbia, Salsa, Bossa Nova and Merengue were all part of his upbringing as a child. However, over time his tastes broadened to include hip-hop, booty shaking jams, house and 80s new wave. He fell in love with dancing, especially breakdancing, in these early formative years, which ultimately led him to follow his passion.
Wasabi moved from New Jersey to Miami where he practically lived at record stores and even tried to scratch on his father’s turntable. After years of practice and studying some of the great DJs at the time, DJ Wasabi started to spin regularly at different Miami clubs with an eclectic mix of top 40, hip-hop, Latin pop, deep house and more.
Wasabi has also delved into the world of production, creating his own tracks and doing special remixes with his own Colombian flare. Considering all his accomplishments and achievements, it’s best not to sleep on DJ Wasabi. Come out to ROOFTOP at E11EVEN to see him live in the flesh, spinning the music you love and look forward to. View our event calendar to plan your next visit.
Meet DJ Dr. Zeus
Any Miami deejay will tell you—making your breakthrough is very much a “small fish, big pond” dilemma. Fortunately for Zeus, he found a way to bring a distinct sound to the downtown scene and set himself apart as a dedicated musical innovator.
Dr. Zeus fell in love with electronic music at Miami’s own Ultra Festival and saw his dreams come to fruition 10 years later when he returned to the same event to play in front of thousands of attendees. If there’s any question about what genre you might hear from him at ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, look no further than his musical inspirations: Markus Schulz, Hernan Cattaneo and Erick Morillo, to name a few.
Check him out in our open-air lounge where he’ll craft his set around the early influences of trance and deep house. Tech-y, groovy, delicious—don't miss it.
ROOFTOP at E11EVEN
Get to know Miami’s up-and-comers and you might get to say you saw them “back in the day” when you hear one of their worldwide exclusives. Check out when they’re playing next month and mark your calendar accordingly. VIP service is always preferred as the openers get the party started early—reserve a table online in advance or by calling 305-358-9848.

If there’s ever a time of year to get creative, it’s Halloween. Who says club-goers have to stop at their costumes? Since ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN will be decked out from wall to wall with Halloween décor for our “HE11EVEN” parties, it naturally follows that guests will be sipping on some scary good drinks, too.
Bartenders will be summoning the following spirits all Halloween weekend.
Best Halloween Cocktails
1. Its tropical ingredients might fool naysayers, but the Zombie is anything but light. With a floater of Bacardi 151, it’s guaranteed to have its victim on the dance floor with plenty of liquid courage. Zombie lovers will get equal parts light rum, dark rum and apricot liquor (one ounce), two parts OJ and a dash of lime bitters shaken and poured over ice before the Bacardi is added.
2. A Blood and Sand is not likely to make the menu at the neighborhood cocktail lounge, but it’s the perfect blend of festive and old school class. The recipe is more than 100 years old and consists of 1-ounce scotch, ¾ ounce of Cherry Heering, sweet vermouth and OJ with a cherry for garnish. Cheers!
3. Beer drinkers will love this fun spin on a fizzy classic. To make a Black Velvet, all the bartender needs is equal parts stout beer (Guinness will work well) and dry sparkling wine. Guests can also ask ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN bartenders to pour the beer into a champagne flute with a wine stir-in.
4. After kicking back Bloody Brain Shooters all night, ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN’s patrons will want to keep the nightclub menu close. With strawberry vodka and lime juice as the base for this shot, curdled Bailey’s and a dash of grenadine form the “brains.” Never has a shot been so deliciously disgusting!
5. Halloween weekend can leave even the most seasoned clubber with a devilish hangover. For Halloween-inspired “hair of the dog,” the brunch crowd should look no further than our Bloody Mary. There’s no doubt the ROOFTOP will be fully stocked with vodka, tomato juice and spices to aid those in need.
ROOFTOP AT E11EVEN is sure to be packed on Halloween weekend. Guests who request unique cocktails should expect them to take just a little longer to be made (and it never hurts to remind the bartender what’s in them either). Halloween is the perfect time to get crafty—especially with cocktails so perfect they could be considered an art form.

For the ultimate bachelor party in Miami, Rooftop at E11EVEN has you covered. As a groomsman or best man, it’s your duty to make sure the party is lit.
The easiest way to go about that is to have the best nightclub in Miami play host with strong drinks, house and hip hop beats, and an upscale outdoor terrace. Best of all, you and the boys can make it as raunchy as you want it to be once the chill of the pre-party wears off.
Planning the Bachelor Party
At least for the first half of the night, you'll want to keep everyone out of trouble. Relax and fuel up with ROOFTOP at E11EVEN’s satisfying entrees or shareable snacks like Thai Chicken Wings and Crispy Chicken Sliders.
Bachelor party drinking is a marathon, not a sprint – so go slow on the Irish Mules. If anything, you can always sip an Espresso Martini to keep the energy levels high for the downstairs after party in our main club.
If you have boys in from out of town, you can throw back a few beers and catch up. ROOFTOP at E11EVEN has open air seating with large communal tables – which are perfect for toasting the man of the hour – along with comfortable couch seating, fire pits, and live music.
The outdoor deck fills up quickly – especially around dusk when you're treated to the bright lights and bustling city view of downtown Miami as the gorgeous sunset fades away. Be sure to make dinner or bottle service reservations for your entire party in advance.
Tips for an All-Nighter at E11EVEN
To take the guesswork out of ordering for your large party, kick back and let E11EVEN cater to you with VIP bottle service. Invite the groom to take the edge off with a show from Miami’s hottest dancers and aerialist performers. Keep in mind that while you might be close to the water, the crew needs to leave their flip flops, shorts and tanks at home. With gorgeous women and an anything-goes bachelor party environment, you want to be looking your best. Downtown Miami is for well-tailored jeans and sport coats.
Reservations can be made online or by phone at 305-358-9848. ROOFTOP at E11EVEN offers indoor and outdoor seating, available Wednesday through Saturday from 7pm to 1am. As always, the downstairs dance floor is bumping 24/7 at our ultraclub. The best bachelor parties in Miami begin and end at E11EVEN!

At ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, our exciting menu of delicious entrees is tailored for a wide variety of wine parings. So there’s no time like the present to brush up on some wine basics, and how to understand what flavors pair best with our diverse menu.
A wine’s flavors are a symbiosis of specific components: fruit, acid, sugar, alcohol and tannin. Likewise, all foods have separate flavor components in the form of fats, acids, sugars, salts, and bitters. To form an exemplary food and wine pairing, you must nail the perfect contrast of these two sets of components.
Here are just a few suggestions of food and wine pairings, so you can come to ROOFTOP at E11EVEN armed with the required knowledge for a perfect match to your item of choice.
Spicy Food Pairs Well with Low Alcohol Wines
Menu Item Suggestion: Spicy Tuna Tacos
Four soft tacos stuffed with sushi grade tuna, thinly sliced hothouse cucumber and radish with spicy mayo.
Alcohol tends to accentuate the oils that make a food spicy. So when you are seeking to match up a fiery dish like our Spicy Tuna Tacos, look for wines which are low in alcohol, like an dry white wine of your choosing, preferably one with a noticeable flowery or aromatic comment. Santa Margherita, Alto Adige is a fine choice.
Mix Rich Red Meats with Tannic Reds
Menu Suggestion: Neapolitan Meatballs
Neopolitan meatballs served with pecorino and fresh basil.
Tannins are the unique compounds present in red wines that help it complement savory red meats. A strong red such as a Cabernet Sauvignon could easily match perfectly with our popular Neapolitan Meatballs or Filet Mignon Medallions.
Deserts Pair Well with Light Wine
Menu Suggestion: Sweet Shotz
Shot glass-sized servings of chef-created desserts, choice of: peanut butter chocolate brownie, Oreo cookies and cream, cannoli, piña colada or chocolate chip.
When it comes to dessert wines, you shouldn’t cross the line of overwhelming the taste buds with sweetness. To avoid going overboard with sugary flavors, select a dessert wine like Chateau d’Yquem that complements the sweet flavor(s) of your desert and lets you enjoy each to their fullest.
Visit ROOFTOP at E11EVEN today and see what other excellent wine combinations you can put together yourself. View our full menu of inspired fusion appetizers, tapas, entrees, desserts and more that will provide you with limitless possibilities to mix and match your choice of fine wine.

There’s a lot to love about Miami, but at ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, we want everyone to truly understand how our city is an exciting, unique spot where cultures are combined and celebrated. That’s why our menu features a diverse combination of cuisine that’s paired in innovative ways you may never have considered before.
We are proud to offer both hot and cold tapas and in both categories you’ll find some unique fusion foods. Take our spicy tuna tacos, for example. We use sushi grade tuna and add the toppings, condiments and garnishes you’d expect to see in your favorite sushi roll – like cucumber and spicy mayo – all inside a tortilla. It’s the best of Japanese and Mexican cuisine combined!
A quick glance at our hot tapas reveals options from several international cuisines. From Thai chicken wings to the American South’s chicken and waffles, and from Cajun crispy shrimp to Asian pork buns, there’s a little taste of something for everyone.
Unique small plates
ROOFTOP at E11VEN is equally proud of our unique small plates. You’ll find options that combine several cuisine types, like our Peruvian shrimp fried rice with South American and Asian influences, as well as a long list of tasty dishes from all over the world: Mahi tacos, Neapolitan meatballs, Asian spare ribs, and baked shrimp scampi are just a few examples.
Pasta with special flavor enhancers
We’re big pasta lovers and, when we created our pasta menu, we wanted to ensure we were staying true to the classic simplicity of Italian food. That said, we did add a few subtle additions here and there. Take our Rigatoni Vodka sauce, to which we’ve added just a touch of spiciness, or our unique quinoa pasta with a delicious chardonnay wine sauce.
The best desserts from around the globe
When you visit ROOFTOP at E11EVEN, make sure you save room for dessert! Do you want something tropical? Check out our piña colada dessert. What about an Italian favorite? A single bite of our cannoli is all it takes to fall in love – or try our zeppz, an Italian fritter-style pastry with the perfect dusting of powdered sugar.
Our cuisine isn’t the only international thing about out restaurant
Of course, you can’t get the full Miami multi-cultural experience if you aren’t sipping from an international cocktail. We offer an impressive selection of specialty drinks including a French martini, espresso martini, Irish mule, kur royal and mimosas.
Visit ROOFTOP at E11EVEN today and enjoy the most unique dining experience in the cosmopolitan city of Miami.

Drake is going to be a busy man when he’s in town. The Grammy-award winning, platinum-selling artist is set to take over downtown’s 24/7 so-called ultraclub E11EVEN MIAMI on Aug. 30 and 31. Drake will host both afterparties following his back to back concerts at AmericanAirlines Arena, two stops on his Summer Sixteen Tour.
On Tuesday night, Drake kicked off the tour at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, where the rapper Eminem joined him onstage for their collab “Forever,” surprising fans.
So give the “Hotline Bling” singer a break if he’s a little hoarse.
Who will he bring onstage at AAA if anyone?
In March, he popped in to Rihanna’s show while she was in town.
So things might get interesting.

Drake will be returning to E11even in two weeks to host two consecutive afterparties at the 24/7 downtown megaclub August 30 and 31.
This won't be Drizzy's first E11even experience. Last New Year's Eve Drake hosted a party at the club, and whatever happened that night must have left a good taste in his mouth because he's coming back.
Drake will be in town for two back-to-back concerts Tuesday and Wednesday at the American Airlines Arena as part of his Summer Sixteen Tour with pal Future. And when the lights go out at the AAA, Drake will be shuttled over to E11even to do, well, we're not exactly sure what.
Drake is billed as "hosting" the afterparties, which can be a vague term but generally means he will physically be there, probably grabbing the mic every once in a while to say something melodic.
Right now, tickets are going for $57 for men, $46 plus fees for women, and $0 if your name is Drake and you're a famous rapper. You can get your tickets via 11miami.com/drake, and if you want to go to the actual concert, hit up ticketmaster.com.

Whiskey expert Nate Ganapathi shares the right way to enjoy scotch (hint: get rid of the rocks) and his upcoming event at Miami'sRooftop at E11EVEN.
Calling all scotch aficionados! On July 16, Rooftop at E11EVEN will be hosting the ultimate men’s gathering complete with hor d'oeuvres, cigars, and, you guessed it: scotch. Lots of it. In anticipation for a long night of drinking (E11even is Miami’s only 24/7 showclub, after all) we sat down with whiskey expert and co-host Nate Ganapathi to ask him some burning questions.
What is the rarest scotch that will be served at the event on July 16?
NATE GANAPATHI: Laphroaig Cairdeas 2015. It is the 200th anniversary edition of the Cairdeas, a very difficult model to obtain and one of the best whiskeys you will have in your entire life. A close second is the Lore.
Can you give us some detailed characteristics of this rare scotch?
NG: Essentially, there is sweet and there is smoky in scotch whiskey. Sweet is generally from the highland area of Scotland; smoky from the Islay area. Laphroaig is coming out with sweet, smoky whiskeys combining what was known for Highland whiskey into a smoky Islay whiskey now. The Lore tastes like caramel—it’s very long and lingering. It’s got a fantastic taste to it and an incredible amount of smoke on the nose, into the palette, and finish.
What is the difference between scotch, whiskey, and bourbon?
NG: Scotch and bourbon are both forms of whiskey. So the whiskey concept is kind of a misconception because no one really understands the exact difference. A single malt scotch whiskey is specifically from Scotland. So scotch would be essentially a patented trademark name that you can only use if you made the whiskey in Scotland. Bourbon is American and can only be from Kentucky. A single malt can be from anywhere in the world but it cannot be a scotch unless it is from Scotland.
Why do scotch and cigars go hand-in-hand?
NG: It’s kind of an unwritten rule that scotch and cigars go hand-in-hand. It depends on what kind of cigar and whiskey we have paired. A smoky whiskey is very prevalent in the cigars, and those two go hand-in-hand when you taste them together. Even with the kick of the sweet from the Lore, you’ve still got a lot of the smoke that has that resonance to a cigar. Scotch isn’t just for men.
What scotches would you recommend for a woman?
NG: It’s great to see so many female whiskey drinkers now, especially because a woman’s palate is probably better than a man’s palate, by far. I have hosted a lot of events where women show up, and I can speak to them almost better than I can speak to the men about it. I would definitely go with something sweeter. Macallan is great, Balvenie is fantastic.
Is there a right or wrong way to drink scotch?
NG: There is a right way and there are a ton of wrong ways. The only real way to drink whiskey would be as is, and if you want to open it up, two to four drops of hot water. If you have ice in your whiskey, it’s going to cool the whiskey. If you have cool whiskey in your mouth, it will inhibit your tongue. So, your tongue won’t have the sense to taste everything coming out in that whiskey. A lot of people like the ice ball and they like the rocks and things like that, but that is actually the most painful thing to witness. I used to be one of those guys, before I knew how to drink, and if you really know how to drink, you’re going to drink it just straight up.
What is the proper way to keep and store scotch?
NG: Room temperature. You don’t want it high up. I like to leave it on the floor because that is going to be your coolest point in any house.
